- Art Karat entitles you to exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.
- Exchange is possible only in the form of a store credit that may be used for purchasing another
item/s from Art Karat. - We will issue a store credit for amount paid by you less shipping charges.
- You may use the store credit either online or offline at our stores or shows.
- There is no expiry date on our store credits.
- AS A STANDARD COMPANY POLICY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
PROCEDURE

10-6 EST) in the USA or +91.8860.801.802 (Mon-Fri 10-6 IST) in India, - Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us.
- Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.
- All exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.
- All items must be shipped back to Art Karat in its original packaging.
- Art Karat will not be responsible for lost or damaged items, while shipping them back to us.
- All shipping costs related to the exchange must be borne by the customer.
